Ógra Fresher's Recruitment Well Underway

Ógra Shinn Féin's recruitment campaign in Ireland's Universities and colleges is now well underway.

Wednesday 26th September saw Ógra in the University of Ulster Coleraine campus for their Fresher's Fayre. Activists used the opportunity to engage with students and contiuned to promote the 1Million4Disability campaign, in which Sinn Féin is playing a leading role.

Ógra activist Fergul Connolly commented,

"Today was a success for us. We used the opportunity to promote Republican politics in the University, and give the students a chance to join and learn more about Ógra Shinn Féin.

He continued,

"We had over 40 signatures on our registration form and almost 200 on the 1Million4Disability petition. We were well recieved by all in attendance and look forward to building in the year ahead,"
