More recruits @ QUB Political Activism Week!

Last week was political activism week at Queens and the Sinn Féin Student Society along with the other parties got a chance to have a recruitment stall once more.

Although fresher’s is only over this was a perfect opportunity to meet with a wide range of students and engage with the student body.

We want to ensure ourselves as a key society within Queens, one that is representative of the students. Although the stall only lasted from 10am-2pm there was still a good response to the University cumann once again and a good number signed up.

This is a clear indication of the support among the students for Sinn Fein and the huge potential there is to build not only a strong Queens Cumann, but also widen the Sinn Fein membership in general.

We are dedicated to building the cumann this year, to be a strong voice for students and the face of republicanism within Queens.
