Olympic Flag Controversial in Craigavon - Talkback

Ógra activist, and Sinn Féin Cllr. Johnny McGibbon, participated on BBC's Talk Back today (Friday 8th August), in a discussion around the flying of an Olympic Flag at Craigavon Borough Council.

Problems over the issue arose, after a decision was taken by Council to fly an Olympic Flag incorporating the Union Flag, to mark the handing over of the Olympics from China to Britain on August 24th.

No omlympic flags anywhere...no support for this generations equivalent of the 1936 olympics in Nazi Germany.

China, is a dictatorship which is reponsible for innumerable murders, illegal detention, denial of human rights and the harvesting of organs of prisoners while still alive!
