Mary Lou Speaks to Students on Cutbacks in DCU

Last Wednesday Mary Lou McDonald MEP for Dublin paid a a visit to Dublin City University as a guest of Sinn Féin Cumann Sheena Campbell. She spoke to students about the cutbacks in the new FF/Green budget and outline the vision of Sinn Féin for a stable knowledge economy based on top class education funded fairly by all of society.

Marcas Ó Mhaoldomhnaigh Cathaoirleach of DCU Sinn Féin had this to say:

"DCU is a notoriously anti-political campus. This is a great start to our campaign to bring a strong republican voice to the college and articulate our view for a better Ireland. This has finally got the ball rolling on political activity in the college and we are determined to not stop here"
