Workers Solidarity for the Month of May

Cork
Ógra Shinn Fein have been organising events and hightening awareness around workers rights and anti - exploitation for the month of May.
As well as actively participating in Trade Union organised May Day Parades in Dublin, Cork and Belfast, we have also been commemorating May Day by Flying the Starry Plough on Republican Monuments across Ireland.
As part of the ARISE campaign we are also active in distributing workers rights leaflets, the special May Day edition of Glór na nÓg and encouraging young workers to join Trade Unions.
Despite an election campaign we have maintained and must continue activity for the campaign and will continue to promote workers right and challenge exploitation.
