Ógra Statement Read at Monaghan Easter Commemoration



Ógra Shinn Féin Monaghan activist, Senan Mac Aoidh read the Ógra Shinn Fein Easter statement at the Monaghan County commemoration over Easter Weekend.

The commemoration was well attended by Republican activist s and supporters from throughout the 'border counties'. Michelle Gildernew MP was the main Speaker at the county commemoration.

In line with many commemorations stretching the length and breadth of Ireland , Senan read the statement on behalf of Ógra Shinn Féin. In the statement Ógra Shinn Féin recommitted themselves to the vision of the 1916 proclamation and pledged to continue the freedom struggle until the establishment of a 32 county democratic socialist republic.
